Science in Administration from Central Michigan University and is an Accredited

advises small to medium sized business owners on a balanced approach to
growth, ultimately, succeeding in bringing their visions to life.
Using a proprietary Business Assessment tool, Laura spends time each month
meeting with business owners exploring their desires and concerns about the
growth and future of their businesses, helping them plan for success.
Before starting her own company and becoming an Associate of the IIB, Laura
had 8+ years experience as a senior executive working with Fortune 100
Companies and as owner of her own small business. She has experience in
business management, including: strategic planning, marketing, customer
experience strategies, distributor relations, program management, human
resources, mergers and acquisitions.
Laura's strengths are in the fields of Operations Management, Project
Management and Human Resources. As a senior leader of large teams, major
projects and programs she has a proven ability to lead teams through large and
multifaceted projects.
