The Business Support Program is designed to help small to mid-sized
businesses (SMBs) in every aspect of managing their business. According to
the Small Business Administration (SBA), eighty percent of all new businesses
fail in their first five years. To put it simply, owners of SMBs do not have the time
or the resources to manage and successfully operate their business. These
business owners are expected to be experts in everything from marketing and
sales to finance operations and human resources. It is virtually impossible for
one person to be an expert in all of these areas and in many cases...owners and
employees do not have sufficient business expertise to handle these
responsibilities.
